Curly Creek Furniture has been a family owned business since 2002. We build log furniture in Rocky Mountain Aspen & Northern White Cedar . Each piece of furniture is individually hand-crafted by one of our skilled craftsman from start to finish to ensure that you will receive a quality built product. Careful attention to detail is given to each step of the process to create a unique product that will be cherished for a lifetime. We welcome custom designs and sizes in any product.
What is unique about our
Rocky Mountain Aspen furniture?
Every log is hand cut from stands of dead aspen at high elevations. The harsh elements give it natural beauty by twisting and deforming the trees, which makes so every piece is different and unique. We harvest ONLY the dead timber, removing a fire hazard and create a clean environment for the new, young growth. Most of the trees stand dead for 3-5 years before being harvested. In that time the tree dries, and the bark decays giving the wood a natural stain of black, brown, red, and blue.
